The contents of this dataset are as follows:

MTR-DataAnalysis.xlsx - Contains analysis of the microtexture regions isolated and measured by Dream 3D

DEFORM Modeling.zip - contains DEFORM models for the three samples (Axial, Radial, 45°) examined

HotCompressionData.xlsx - contains the hot compression data for the 1650 °C samples examined, as well as 1750 and 1800

EBSD-xxx.zip - these zip files contain all the raw data as well as selected generated maps for each sample examined

EBSD-Forging_45-FullSample.ang - the raw data file for an EBSD scan of the full 45° Forging Sample

EBSD-Forging_Axial-HalfSample.ang - the raw data file for an EBSD scan of half the Axial Forging Sample

MTR-xxx.zip - these zip files contain the microtexture analysis raw data generated by Dream3D for each sample examined

SEM Imaging.zip - contains all SEM images, including magnification calibration images, taken for each sample examined

Osc2Ang_TSL6.m - Matlab script for the conversion of TSL Version 6 .osc files into raw .ang files

Dream3D-5.0.6782-Win64.zip - Dream3D files for version of software compatible with files in this dataset

Microstructure-DataAnalysis.xlsx - Contains analysis of the microstructure of the dataset samples
