Genome in a Bottle

NIST has hosted the Genome in a Bottle Consortium since 2012 to form a public-private-academic partnership with the goal of creating reference materials, reference data, and methods to use these materials and data to assess performance of human genome sequencing. Here, we are hosting the high-confidence variant calls and high-confidence regions generated by NIST and the Genome in a Bottle Consortium for NIST whole genome Reference Materials.
